Old Time radio is alive and well. The Wonderland Radio Hour, which
showcases the history and culture of the towns of
the lower Russian River will now feature

Historic Duncans Mills and Cazadero

Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be no live performance.

This installment will feature Press Democrat writer and historian, Gaye LeBaron
on Black Bart, historic ballads by Puffinhorn, The Restoration of Duncans Mills,
“A People’s History of Cazadero,” Music and memories by Caz Jazz Camp
alumni and renowned band leader Casey Jones, a tribute to “The General Store,”
and recognition of the 100 year anniversary of our Fire Protection Services.

The Wonderland Radio Hour is a series of programs showcasing stories about the
people, places and history of our Russian River communities, from Forestville to Jennerby-
the-Sea. Each hour showcases musicians, artists, writers and characters from the
Lower Russian River Area and surrounding region. Wonderland Radio Hour is dedicated
to introducing and appreciating the wide and diverse talents of our residents– from the
well-known to those whose abilities deserve greater recognition. Past shows have
featured the communities of Forestville, Rio Nido, Guerneville, and Monte Rio.
